Get urgent care over the phone or at home
Cityblock members can call us first, anytime, for consultations. For situations that require it, our care team can be at your doorstep. Some of the services we are fully equipped to provide are:
- • Checking for vital signs such as your temperature, blood pressure, and blood oxygen levels
- • Treatment for pain and discomfort
- • Administering and reading EKG results
- • Testing for: A1C, the flu, COVID-19, strep, RSV, pregnancy
- • Oxygen administration
- • IV hydration, antibiotics, nausea medications, and nonnarcotic pain medications
- • Prescribe medications for treatment
- • Wound care, and more

How much does urgent care at home cost?
When you become a Cityblock member, our services are typically included in the benefits of your health plan. In the rare case where you have a copay, please reach out to us. If you’re eligible, our financial assistance program may help cover your fees—making our services available at no cost to you.
Are there any times I should go to the ER?
If you're having a life-threatening emergency, call 911. If you’re unsure, call us and one of our providers will help you determine what you need.
Can you write prescriptions such as antibiotics?
Yes! Just call us at 1-833-904-2273 (TTY: 711) so we can assess your prescription needs.
What if I’m not home and I still need urgent care?
We will come to you, wherever you are in your community. Call us at 1-833-904-2273 (TTY: 711) and we’ll find ways to get help to you.
Can you help other members of my household that aren’t Cityblock members?
No, sorry. Our over the phone and in-home urgent care services are only available to Cityblock members.
How does urgent care work with the rest of my Cityblock care team?
Your care team will be looped in so they can help you with any ongoing treatments, moving forward.
