Cityblock Ohio Virtual Care
All Cityblock members in Ohio have 24/7 access to our virtual care. We’re on standby when you’re feeling sick, before you go to urgent care*, or if you have questions about your health. Members can call us, and in minutes, speak to a team of licensed providers over the phone or video. We’ll connect you to the care you need — we’ll even send a team to your home. No matter where you live in Ohio, we’re ready to help you feel better.

Because health doesn’t have business hours, members have a direct line to a provider when they need medical advice, 24/7.
Primary care
We coordinate with members’ existing providers, or assign physicians based on your specific needs.
Mental health
We provide a wide range of behavioral health services for members, including counseling, psychiatry, and integrated healthcare for substance use disorder and serious mental illness.
Social care services
We can help with housing, employment, legal aid, food, child care and other services members may need.
Care coordination
We work with our members’ doctors, specialists, and case managers to arrange home-based care, in-person appointments, and virtual support as needed.
Complex care management
Our care teams are experienced at working with members who have chronic conditions and disabilities. We help members reach the health goals that matter to them.
Lab draws
Our care team can perform members’ blood work at home.

We provide proactive, integrated care that keeps people healthy. Our care teams focus on providing services that are more holistic, so our members and their communities can achieve overall better health outcomes. Partnering with insurance companies reduces long-term healthcare costs for our members such as hospital stays and emergency room visits.
