Our Columbus location provides primary care, behavioral health, and other services exclusively for members. This location is in the MediCourteast Center near the intersection of E. Main Street and Brice Rd. We’ll provide you with a dedicated care team that will do what it takes to get you the care you need.

Behavioral health
We provide a wide range of behavioral health services for members, including counseling, psychiatry, and integrated healthcare for substance use disorder and serious mental illness.
Care coordination
We work with our members’ doctors, specialists, and case managers to arrange home-based care, in-person appointments, and virtual support as needed.
Complex care management
Our care teams are experienced at working with members who have chronic conditions and disabilities. We help members reach the health goals that matter to them.
Lab draws
Our care team can perform members’ blood work at home or at our local clinic.
